I love my some vintage style which is why I have Kate Spade has remained so iconic as a designer. She has stayed afloat with her classic, colorful, vintage looks. This top called the Madeleine dot balloon sleeve bow blouse, has too many elements that put on the wrong girl, can be, well...cow-ish. With big balloon arms, big neck tie, and big polka dots, it can only translate to a bigger look than one should really ever attempt.
